[Frequently Asked Questions]
Basic membership is free (limited events you can attend, but you can sponsor your own events), and there are no event fees that some other clubs charge (some other clubs charge you a fee, as much as $15, on top of any other expenses [such as the cost of your dinner/tax/tip], in order to be able to socialize with others in their club). We are a group of single adults.
Membership is open to any single (divorced, widowed,
never married, or separated) adult. This is a social group
(not a dating service/club)
open to anyone
regardless of their religious or political beliefs.
The best way to see who we are is to look
at the Event Calendar and join us for
an event/activity!
We're often asked about the age range of our members. Currently the youngest known member is 25. 32% of the members are in their 20's/30's, 38% in their 40's, with the remaining 30% in their 50's and up. We don't have any age requirement for membership but 21 would be a good cut-off on the low end. We'd love to have some more mature 20-something year olds join the group.
Quick history of the group... the group split off from a local singles group on September 10th, 2000. At that point we named ourselves Nashua Area Singles to reflect that most of the members lived in Nashua, New Hampshire or the surrounding towns (including those South of the NH/MA border). The membership has since grown quite a bit since then (2,330 receive the free weekly newsletter as of Mon, May 12, 11:32 pm). As such we have changed our name twice since as we've grown, first to NH Singles Club, and the last (and probably final) time to SinglesClub.org to reflect our ever growing membership base in Massachusetts (currently 40% the members!) and further...

We are not a dating service. However some folks do date other members, and some have even married. But if you are looking for a dating service we recommend the following (click on the Go button)...
